There are five churches in the Severnside Group. Each have their own unique history and all continue as places of worship, witnessing to and serving their local communities as well as enjoying worship together.

We have a range of different styles of worship across the Benefice, and come together to celebrate the major festivals and on other special occasions such as the Big Top circus in August when Gifford's circus visits.

We welcome all to come and join us in the life and worship of our churches. We have close links with Lakefield C of E School in Frampton, which serves all the villages of the Benefice. The Open the Book Team lead worship every Tuesday and a member of the Clergy team lead worship on a Thursday.

Wider Church Links

As Anglicans, our group of parishes lies within the Stroud Deanery in the Diocese of Gloucester, which is part of the wider Church of England. Our national church forms one of the many provinces in the global Anglican Communion, which stretches over 165 countries worldwide.

To find other Church of England parishes, visit A Church Near You, which lists every church in the Church of England and provides accurate maps, contact details and additional information.

Locally, we area also engaged with the ecumenical Spirituality Network for Gloucestershire, who seek to explore, affirm and share a wide variety of spiritual traditions and insights.
